Sherita departed this earth September 14, 2008 following a brief intense battle against pancreatic cancer. She lived in southern Oregon for the last 30 years. Sherita worked for Ashland School District, co-founded Weisinger Winery, and most recently was employed by Ashland Community Hospital in the Admissions Department.

Sherita is survived by her husband Bob Vlach, who has volunteered to build a Labrynth in her memory. Sherita will be dearly missed at Ashland Community Hospital.
