·       Funding for prescription drugs for individuals in our community. $2,674

·       The Foundation assisted the Community Health Center in providing access to timely and high-quality primary health care services to low-income or working uninsured persons and families.  $25,000

·       The Foundation contributed to the Hospital’s Hospice and Palliative Care Services. The Foundation also assisted with furnishing the Hospice Bereavement Library. $87,524

·       The Foundation supported Ashland Community Hospital’s Physical Therapy remodel at its current location. $535

·       The Foundation contributed significantly to the Memory Care Center (formerly Trinity Respite Center) Funds ensure availability of services to clients in the community who could not otherwise afford them.  $62,334
