• Through the Foundation's Annual Patrons Campaign, the Foundation was able to contribute to the creation of comfort zones throughout the Hospital. The remodel targeted areas like the Emergency Department, Birth Center, and I.C.U. waiting areas. The improvements are part of the initiative to reach Planetree designation and have a positive impact on the overall patient and family experience. $51,525.00
  
• The Foundation participated in the capital campaign to fund the new La Clinica Central Point Health Center. Supporting the La Clinica expansion fulfills an urgent need in our community to provide affordable and quality health-care to uninsured and other under-served populations. $10,000.00
  
• The Foundation provided funding for the school nurse program for the elementary schools in the Phoenix-Talent  District. The funding was made possible through the Reed and Carolee Walker Fund of The Oregon Community Foundation. $45,000.00
  
• The Foundation contributed to the renovation and remodel of the Maple Street Cafe (cafeteria). The improvements create a more inviting space for families, physicians, and staff to enjoy. $7,400.00
  
• The Foundation provided financial assistance to the Greatest Needs of Ashland Community Hospital. $1,579.00
