SHARE THE FUTURE OF OUR HOSPITAL

Each year the Ashland Community Hospital Foundation, with the help of generous donors like you, sponsors a project to improve healthcare in our community.

For the 2009 Patrons Campaign our focus will be the creation and renovation of patient and family spaces throughout the hospital. Enhancing our existing building will provide a more comfortable and healing environment for those we serve:

The project will feature three very important improvements:

• A comfort area for families of patients in Intensive Care.
• A comfort area for families anxiously awaiting the births of new babies.
• Creat a more soothing Emergency Department waiting area.

Support through annual gifts of $300, $600, and $1250 will help us to continue to provide quality healthcare in our community.

• Join those who are committed to the highest quality medical care.
• Help maintain our ability to provide excellent care.
• Share your resources in order to make a difference in the healthcare of our community.
• Shape the future of our hospital.
• Ensure that our hospital will always be near by to provide quick access to medical care in case of emergency.

All gifts to the Patrons Campaign at the Founder level of $1250 and above will be invited to attend the Annual Founders Appreciation Dinner. Supporters of the Patrons Annual Campaign at the $300, $600, and $1250 levels will be listed in the Foundations newsletter.

In recent years, Patron’s gifts have purchased a new digitial mammography system, equipped two emergency treatment rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and funded the purchase of surgery equipment for orthopedic surgical procedures, a DEXA bone densitometer to diagnose early signs of osteoporosis, and a portable x-ray unit.
