Asante Ashland Community Hospital and Ashland Community Hospital Foundation hosted the 2019 Healthcare Innovation Symposium for healthcare, business, and civic leaders at the Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites on April 25th. More than 70 Asante leaders, physicians, and community members attended the symposium. The goal was to share knowledge about the future of healthcare and the importance of developing a culture of innovation within our organizations. In this continually evolving industry developing the skills, technology, and resources necessary to succeed is more important than ever.
Asante Ashland Community Hospital CEO, Sheila Clough served as the Emcee for the symposium and Mick Zdeblick, CEO Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, moderated the panel discussion.
The 2019 Healthcare Innovation Symposium was made possible through your generous contributions to Ashland Community Hospital Foundation’s Innovation Fund.
“When we asked our supporters to help us launch the Innovation Fund for Asante Ashland in 2018, we knew innovation education was an important first step. The Innovation Symposium has inspired me to reimagine how we will deliver healthcare going forward. Our expert presenters shared important insight into how our team of caregivers and physicians can become innovators. I’m excited about the opportunities innovation offers our hospital and community.”Sheila Clough, CEO Asante Ashland Community Hospital
