About the Presenter
Garrison F. “Gary” Turner has been practicing law since 1973. In 2013, he joined the firm of Davis, Hearn, Anderson & Turner P.C. Gary is an experienced trial lawyer handling business and real estate disputes, family law matters, construction disputes, and insurance coverage and related litigation. The large majority of his law practice now involves the preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, and conducting probate and trust proceedings.
Gary received his B.A. in History from the University of California at Berkeley in 1969, and graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1972. He was a member of the Thurston Society (scholastic honorary organization). He practiced law in California until 1985, when he moved to Ashland, and he has practiced law in southern Oregon since 1985. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California, the U.S. District Court of Oregon, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
